Nivoswitch - Conductivity level Switch

For Conductive Liquids stored in closed or open containers

Nivoswitch(Model ALS 110) is used for detection of minimum, maximum and any intermediate level of conductive liquid stored in closed or open containers such as overhead tanks, sumps, drainage, dewatering pits and PVC/RCC tanks.

The instrument is available in both sheet steel (panel mounting) housing and cast aluminium  housing. The instrument can also be used in corrosive applications such as acids & alkalis by using special corrosive resistant sensing material like SS316L, Hastalloy ‘C’ etc.

The system comprises of a sensor which is partly insulated rod or rope probe and a controller. The sensor senses a decrease in electrical resistance due to the presence of conductive liquid between the sensor and ground terminal which is a reference point and results in flow of electrical signal which ultimately operates the relay
